terms & conditions
•ᴥ• Make sure you are more than a 100% sure before placing an order. Cancellation, return, or exchange of orders due to change of hearts are not allowed.
•ᴥ• Make sure you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions. Please ask your parents or guardians first before ordering if you're a minor.
•ᴥ• Late payment is not allowed unless we were informed by you before the stated DOP. Late payment fee* of 50 php PER day shall be collected on top of your total amount; maximum of 1 week or 7 days.
•ᴥ• All payments are non-refundable. In case of refunds, kpuppy will refund your order/s IF:
— suppliers/fansites refunded our payments; and
— items are out of stock or already sold out.
Kpuppy will refund payments ONLY thru gcash and BDO bank transfer.
•ᴥ• Kpuppy claims the right for possession of unpaid items. If buyer fails to pay the item/s within 2 weeks, no refunds shall be made and the buyer is not allowed to claim his package anymore.
•ᴥ• Kpuppy is not liable for any delays, defect, damage, or loss caused by shipment. Kpuppy will make sure your orders are properly packed with our utmost care.
•ᴥ• Local shipments shall be done once the customer is fully paid. Please have patience when joining group orders as your order/s are processed, shipped from KR to PH, packed, and shipped from ours to yours. Delays are inevitable especially during this pandemic.

frequently asked questions
order
q. how to order?
a: fill out the order form/s stated on our tweet/s about a certain GO. Once submitted, kindly wait 12-24 hours for order confirmation which includes your order summary and invoice.
q. I need to change some of my information, can you tell me how?
a: kindly send us a DM and let us know what detail/s you need to change. Please note that if your order/s is already shipped, we won't be able to process your request.
q. I wasn't able to order from your previous GO. Is there a way I can still order the album from you?
a: if we have the album/s on stock and on hand, we will tweet those in #kpuppyonhand.
q. are the items official and counted in music charts?
a: yes, all items are counted and are certainly official unless stated. We will be doing unofficial and fansite goods soon.
q. I want to change version/s of the item/s I ordered, is it possible?
a: as long as you DM us before the stated DOO, we will be able to change version/s.
q. Can I cancel my order/s?
a: cancelling orders are frowned upon and are discouraged. If you wish to cancel yours, P300 or 60% cancellation fee, whichever is higher, is required to be paid at an ample amount of time.

q. what are your payment options?
a: BDO, Gcash, BPI, Unionbank, and PayPal F&F only.
q. is COD allowed?
a: we aren't currently offering COD unless stated and if items are posted on shopee. If you wish to ship yours via grab or lalamove, we can offer COD in certain areas.
q. have you received my payment?
a: as long as you sent yours + payment proof, we will send you a payment confirmation email to inform you that we've already received your payment.
q. I forgot to pay on the said deadline, can I still send my payment?
a: yes, but take note that there will be a 50 php late payment fee PER album PER day. Kindly inform us if you can't pay on the stated DOP.
q. I have different orders from different GOs on your shop, can I combine my payment?
a: yes, just state the GO names + order code when filling out payment form.

q. when will I receive my orders?
a: ETA (estimated time arrival) ranges from 1-2 weeks to 3-4 weeks after dispatch from KR depending on our stated ETA (fast or normal). Atleast 3-5 days to pack your orders. ETA from ours to your place depends on the courier. Check the tracking number you're given for updates.
q. I can't seem to track my order/s with the tracking number you gave me. What should I do?
a: please give it a day or two before tracking your order/s. If there are still no responses, kindly send us a DM.
q. what are your partnered couriers?
a: Zoom, LBC, and Abest. J&T, Lalamove, and Grab are to be requested.
q. how much is the shipping fee?
a: shipping rates can be seen thru this site by clicking the button — shipping rates. SF depends on courier.
q. can you do meet-ups?
a: as per quarantine and ms. rona, we highly recommend your order/s to be shipped as of the moment. Thank you for considering.
q. can we combine shipping?
a: yes, as long as the said GOs (album release date) fall under the same range of dates (usually half a month long).
